Talent choice is decent (though capable is a bit meh here unless it seriously tightens spread), and some gear rolls could be changed to more useful stats. I think having predatory somewhere (probably the free slot on the super 90) would help with survivability seeing as you're rather squishy and striker healing won't be enough on it's own in some cases. Stability and accuracy rolls as minor attributes on attatchments are *generally* not useful and are better off being reserved for crit chance/damage. In the case of your crit chance focused sight, using crit damage and headshot damage in the minors will do better for you overall especially considering striker gives inherent stability from the set bonus. Disorient and blind/deaf aren't that useful compared to fire and especially disrupt resistance on striker. Disrupt hard counters striker and since resistance, rogue agent npcs, hunters, and other players will use it against you, having more is always good for you. Replacing the super 90 with something like a Lightweight M4 or just another showstopper would probably serve you better, but the super 90 is an alright choice and will definitely do well with the shotgun damage you have on your gloves. Side arm might do well being a sawed off as well due to the burst damage it can deal and also benefiting from shotgun damage. Finally, your main stats are a bit wonky in my opinion. You would probably get better mileage by shafting your electronics and going for 6k stamina for more healing without sacrificing much (but some) damage, or 9k stamina if you wanna just be a walking tank. Point is, running electronics on striker is generally not a strong choice unless you have some specific way that it works out to beat the healing 6k striker would give you (6% vs 11% per second at 100 stacks) combined with the overall beefiness from the increased health. If you're gonna stick to the low stamina sector then dumping a bit more into FA and being a glass cannon might service you. I could be off the mark here if that overdose heals 40% or greater of your max health, as that is equivalent to a medkit and I cannot see skill calculations on the site. If it heals less than 40% though, I very strongly recommend going elsewhere with stats. A strong first showing. Definitely stronger than my first builds back when I was just figuring out how the systems worked. This can definitely go places, I hope the detail in my thoughts on how it looks are of use.
