DizNoots commented on the build PvE Reclaimer with: Probably right on the burn resistance but it's really not a huge deal in pve. As far as the healing speed mods go, there is no cap on healing speed for reclaimer. Using 4 max healing speed mods at 5% each will give you an extra 20% healing speed on top of the 100% bonus from the 6pc reclaimer. I actually run a mixture of healing speed, range, and first aid ally heal mods with this build depending on the situation.
