Hello This is TEITEC from the Second wave and I'm bringing you my take on the Reclaimer.
This is a build i personally run everywhere I need to go as a healer.
Build it is pretty self explanatory It's you and your box vs. the world.
With this setup you'd be running around 350k Skill power and 49% Skill haste (As we all know that 50% is the cap) And you'll be pumping 33,6k HP/s on your box once you get a proc on talented weapon skill.
NOTE: Secondary weapon and your sidearm can change during game play, from the House to LMG's depending on what your party needs or what is your parties battle tactics. But your main weapon should always be an M4 varian. Either a LWM4 or an LVOA-C. I personally prefer LVOA-C because it' smore manageable recoil pattern than the side to side sway of the LWM4.
You can either choose Critical Hit Chance or Enemy Armour Damage on gloves, which one you prefer. I tend to go wotards the Enemy armour damage. Also you can choose another type of Weapon dmg like Sniper or SMG or Shotgun or LMG, which ever you prefer. Just keep in mind that your AR will be most likely your main source of DMG (The AR dmg can be also changed which ever build you want to run with. What to run with just SMGs? then Change the AR damage to SMG and so on)
Few key features how this works. Every skill in this game always get "snap-shotted," meaning when you use your skill the current skill power you have gets applied to said skill, doesn't matter if they stay rendered in game for eternity. So the ideal situation is to use your support station or re apply your support station once you get your talented proc. This should be doable and specially if you are running in a group you can easily coordinate the box re planting no matter the situation.
Also standing in your box gives you 15% Skill Haste which will be applied on to your already 34% which means whilst you stand within the radius of your Support Station, you will be having 49% Skill Haste (Only one from the top) which frees us to use more Skill power oriented skill mods.
NOTE: When you decide to move forward or re apply your box remember to sit in side of the radius of your current support station because when you decide to destroy that thing the cooldown of the skill gets snap-shotted which mean you will reclaim your box back with 49% skill haste.
The reason why we are running Overdose rather than de-fib on the first aid is due to the fact that even if your party member are at full health. once you pop them with an over heal you get a triage proc, which reduces your cool-downs. Overdose also come sin handy saving your own life when things get heated up in the room.
Rest of the talents are pretty self explanatory as you use your medkits to save other people's lives and the extra CD reduction you get when you get on low health and make or break an encounter.
See you on the field agent!
