Build Guide

It's a healer build using Reclaimer Classified gear. The thought is, as a healer, if I can't do damage then I'll have my ultimate up as often as possible using the SVD with Coolheaded so, my team can do more damage. Switch to Bullfrog when Tac-Link is ready but, waiting on cool down or as combat dictates.

Skill haste outside of healing box is 34%. Inside is healing box is 49%. So, I added 2 mods for Signiture Resource Gain.
