If at Powerhouse downstairs, Prepared is a better weapon talent to use over Responsive. If at the support station in Powerhouse or other Resistance locations, Responsive will be the better of the two.

Pistol is World Tier 3 or below.

HOK on gloves or chest shouldn't be needed as a 5 piece Alpha.
