Build Guide

Run defib when you're the only healer, run overdose if your team also has a final measure or tactician healer (they should use defib because they have first aid ally heal mods). If my team has another healer I will run less stam more electronics.

Always use support station range mods in PVP. The healing speeds mods are additive (added to the 100% bonus from the 6 piece), so it is only a small difference. The box will be over 26 meters across, which helps when placing to keep it out of range of emp's. You're useless if your damage dealers aren't in the box, so the bigger the better.

Being in a reclaimer station increases your skillhaste by 15%, so some people run only 3 skill haste mods and 2 skillpower mods because your skill haste will be at 50% while in box anyways. The issue with that is once you pop your station you lose the cooldown bonus, and you will need to get your box back asap. So I run all skill haste mods because having my box down as often as possible and in the correct spot is the point of this build.
