This build is made according to my preferences and gameplay. But if it is useful for somebody I am glad it serves right.
I liked the Ballistic Shield since I first used it, also I love pistols so it came in handy. I manly went through the game with a pistol; I used an assault rifle just for fast enemy armor depletion if a situation was tough.
OK, the Path of the Nomad set comes useful for my survivability. It gives 25% health on kill, health regeneration (with overheal) during combat, and full health healing upon lethal damage.
For weapons I use the Centurion because of that 10% of fire rate (for all your weapons) per kill, since its default is slow for my taste, this compensates that. If anything I can always use a X-45.
The Liberator, I use it mainly to lower the enemies' armor. Plus each delivered shot adds a 5% damage to the next headshot with the Centurion. If I'm not comfortable with it I can go with an M4 (LVOA-C for its aesthetic).
The secondary weapons is just optional, I went through every type of weapon just because of the patches you unlock at certain number of kills. But I prefer sub-machine guns. And The House seems to be just right since one half of its magazine does 20% more damage and I equip modifications with critical chance and critical damage, it eats my enemies at the tap. The AUG A3 (Tactical AUG A3P for aesthetics) can be a very good second choise.
My skills are the Ballistic Shield with Assault modification, the Support Station with Life Support modification, and the Survivor Link for that automatic health boost when lethal damage is taken (I can also go with Recovery Link but when you are in a group it does not trigger its healing).
The talents I have chosen are Critical Save for damage reduction on aid kit usage, Strike Back for cooldown reduction, Steady Hands for recoil reduction on cover, and Evasive Action for damage reduction when going from cover to cover.
