Build Guide

  • For firecrest build, i build mine with 4/4/8 in order to maximize the burning effect. NPCs burn 25% longer for every 2000 electronics hence 8000 electronics will put it at 100%
  • Weapons of choice I go with Urban MDR and LMG. Urban MDR is highly beneficial when your skill is basically dealing those status effect damage.
  • Pairing up LMG with extended mag mod allows me to continuously spray bullets on NPCs which I can proc the fiery explosion better compared to MDR alone.
  • With build that highly rely on skill, it is important to prioritize weapon talents like talented, determine and competent. Your damage will be mainly coming from skills itself not that much on gun. Though other weapon talents like destructive, ferocious and predatory is good to have as well. You can get it on the free talent slot.
  • You can go for Big Alejandro if you have the stats you desire otherwise M60 and MG5 archtypes is okay.
  • One good tips when using firecrest is to always set your turret in an elevated spot. The 55% range allows the turret to cover wide area. Take the opportunity to shoot with MDR when the NPCs is on fire to get that bonus damage. Also, try to use grenades as often as possible. You want to take full advantage of those status effect.
  • You need gun kill to proc talented and talented does not affect the damage of the turret.
  • Turret cooldown starts when you deploy it so with the help of 40% skill haste you can get it back pretty fast. 
  • For talents: wildfire and tech support is a must. Killing NPCs while your skil is deploy extends it duration by 10% very useful.The other 2 is pretty much personal preference but i go with critical save and strike back
