Ninjabike Firearms build used primarily for all things PVE - solo/group legendaries, resistance farming, underground, and DZ runs. While it will stand up against a single rogue, it is NOT intended for PVP combat.
Built around the use of the Bullfrog - the bonuses from Sentry and Striker can allow for easier handling without losing the damage applied from its third talent. The Urban MDR is secondary for it's range, accuracy, and punch, and also to utilize only one weapon damage stat on gloves (assault rifle damage); the drawback is that ammo can go quickly. 3-piece Nomad gives the sustainability so that any Healh/Health-on-kill slots can be rolled for damage or skill haste. Outside of the need to utilize Bullfrog through Sentry/Striker, along with the sustainability of Nomad, the stats can be rolled however you like for whatever you want to run in PVE.
Resistance: Swap Sticky and Seeker skills to Ammo Cache and Dragonbreath. Remember to switch Gear Performance Mods and Talents accordingly.
Dark Zone (PVP Territory): If doing a lot of DZ farming, roll Crit Hit Chance on gear anywhere you can; the weapon talents are more than enough to make up the difference for armor damage. Sometimes that extra 14% CHC can make the difference against the occasional rogue. Swap Sticky and Seeker skills to a Pulse and a Turret skill.
Group Legendary: If nobody is running a Tac build or Pred Mark build, stick with Sticky and Seekers (be mindful of who can cause more Bleed). Booster Shot/Defib and Pulse are great to use in groups.
