My main backpack i use is relentless, wich give 5 % healing by damage done by skills. Skillhaste without investing in skillhaste mods is 45 % in general i think thats sufficient. When at full health i sometimes if i can use inventive backpack for more skillpower aka stronger skills and tiny bit faster haste because of skillpower, ofc it still stays at 45 % but skillpower effect this as well. Ow and info on this page is not correct skillpower is between 370 and 371 k with proper electronics mods with 4 % dte. Noticible word is that u need a Lvoac or other AR with gearscore 204 to get the talents like displayed, u can craft this if u have the blueprint of it
