This build is made for a group but you can hold your own solo with amazing healing.

You can have all your buffs at once allowing your group to go up against 3-4 full squads and hold your own.

The Caduceus allow to give over heal if someone uses an Overdose or Vigorous chest.

You can craft a low lever Custom PF45 at a work bench and then roll Coolheaded so you can use it to get all all your skills in combat almost instantly
