12/2020 UPDATE : Switching from CHC/CHD focused talents and attachments for HEADSHOT damage and on the Primary Damage Weapon pushes single target damage higher with appropriate use. Utility weapon muzzle swapped for Omega (Headshot Damage) - this is EXTREMELY noticeable and makes the build that much more powerful!

This is my PVE Pred. PVE builds are super important to enable efficient farming.This is made for LEGENDARY MISSIONS.

9.2k Stam, over 600k Toughness, 10% HoK 36% DTE, throwing bleeds above 300k and above 400k combining crits and headshots.

This is the group configuration,

for solo trade Combat Medic for Precision/Strike Back and Defib for Booster Shot.

HEADSHOT DAMAGE, BRUTAL on the Free for our PRIMARY - is BIS for Solo, Random Groups.

Crit Chance is BIS IF YOU HAVE A PULSE ON YOUR TEAM, CHC>CHD CHD>H

NOTES:

Focus one target, bleed, then move to the next. Shoot only one target at a time. You CAN miss, but you CANNOT hit another target.

WARNING: BFB / Cluster on your team will BLOCK you from putting bleed on the enemies, since the enemies will already be bleeding. Switch set if you can't get them to run another skill. Your Bleed IS the bulk of your damage - no bleed, no damage, no damage, no kill, no kill, no procs, no procs, your build is much less powerful.

WARNING: 2 GOOD Strikers on the team can make it hard as well. You need to land kills with your bleed to proc On the move/PRD/DET without these you are much less powerful.

Play with a Pulse on your team: Skill Power Pulses are super nice with this build. Expect 600K Bleeds.

Also - One Rifle is made with a stability underbarrel and a Headshot Damge Omega Suppressor.I use these on the DET rifle to help get bigger CQC bleeds on targets that are out of position. Helps take them down quicker if you land a ton of headshots and you proc Determined when you land a kill, helping skills and super cooldown.
