Build Guide

Tactician is a really FUN and a really GOOD set if you build it right. Where other set-builds might not be as much of a stat dump, you absolutely want to spec all your main stats into Electronics to get as much damage out of the skills as possible.

And by doing that you're going sit right around 10k plus-minus, depending on the pieces you have and their rolls, and what not. Tactician isn't completely cookie-cutter, meaning that there's a few ways you can build it: 5 pieces with Inventive backpack, 5 pieces with Relentless backpack, 4 pieces with either backpack and Barretts chestpiece, 3 piece Tact 2 piece Striker and Ninjabike backpack etc., (You might even find value in Vigorous if you're playing with a healer)

The talents are pretty self-explanatory, we're going for damage with Destructive and Ferocious and utility with Determined (and Predatory on the secondary if you need that sustain, though it's redundant if you're using the Relentless backpack)

BFB Sticky Bomb, Cluster Seeker Mines and Reactive Targeting Turret are the skills you'd want to use, just change the skill mod damage type accordingly.

Shrapnel, Demolition Expert and Chain Reaction are all player-talents that are set in stone: You want to use those on a Tactician build. The last one could either be Death By Proxy, Combat Medic, Strike Back (Anything you fancy really)
