EDR is actually 59.5% with Final measure 2 piece and mods that have 2.5% EDR. 

PRED users will try to face tank you and then die, as booster gets you to ~750 k toughness and with a blue you will be well past 1,500,000 toughness.

ACTIVE GUN SKILLS: Responsive / Unforgiving / Card Counter / Competent. Gun will hit for about 24K base damage on white card when you pop booster.

1. Booster shot, trigger competent.

2. Face tank the pred user.

3. They die. 

4. The bleed slowly starts to hurt you ever so slightly and you drop your immuniser AFTER the fight. I save it for the heal and not for the cleanse.
