Overview

I like the 6K stamina build because it gives me pretty good heals and also allows me to put stats into firearms for good weapon damage that is not reliant on high striker stacks.

I believe you have the highest damage potential with a crit build. With this build, you should have about 38% Crit Chance. With Precision talent active, which I believe applies 12.5% crit chance, you will hit 50%. Your recon pulse should provide 16% crit chance so you'll be around 54%. The difference is that precision provides a 25% crit damage bonus and your pulse will only give about 8%. Precision talent also covers the times where new enemies spawn after your pulse, so you can still get a boost to your crit chance and damage. Also great against agents that use concealed pulse. With 50% crit chance and at least 100% Crit damage, that means over half or more of your shots are dealing double damage.

Weapons

I prefer Assault Rifles over SMGs and Shotguns.

For me, I don't like to use up time to have to run into optimal range with either an smg or shotgun to start dealing damage. I also don't use shotguns because, although they stack fast, they have a slow reload and smaller magazine. More time reloading means less time dealing damage. Assault rifles give me the range that I like along with quick reloads and a high magazine to give me the best balance of burst and sustained damage.

Lightweight M4 - Solid damage, Great Fire Rate, Handling, and Accuracy.

Urban MDR are for when you have some decent stacks and then this can really shred heavies or bosses. Once I have some stacks I'm getting 3% of 300k-400k crits back as health.
