This is a build I put together for my livestream that is dedicated toward PVP in the DarkZone.

4 piece  Banshee gives:  10% Damage to target out of cover the following...

While Rogue, all ammo is completely refilled every 30 seconds. Damage taken from non-rogue players reduced by 10%. While not Rogue, Damage to Rogue players is increased by 10%. This bonus is increased to 20% for 10 minutes after being killed by a rogue.

3 piece Predator gives:  10% Reload Speed, 8% Assault Rifle Damage

Weapons: Primary M4 is more tailored to Damage output while the Secondary M4 is geared more toward sustain.

Sidearm: The pistol is a blue for decreased stat requirements. This is geared toward getting my ultimate ability back if it procs during a fight. I'll generally just farm NPCs for this.
