This build is mostly for aggressive party play, but works great solo as well.

Goal:

9K Stamina

3.9K Firearms to unlock weapon talents

120K Skill power for maximum health on shield

Customisation:

Optional rolls: Chest(HP or HoK), Kneepads - resistance of your choice

for more Firearms, but less DtE (damage to elites), roll 1 item with Firearms, gear mods will be all 5x 267 Stamina

more tanky: 4x riotshield resistance (instead of damage performance mods) 

for more sustain(solo play mostly): roll HoK (health on kill) on either or all of chest, gloves,

Weapons: Hurried is a must, 1sec reload instead of over 2 seconds when getting bashed by npc's in melee combat

Primary for DPS, you can change one talent for some healing etc. also Destructive might be bit better than Deadly, but not 100% sure.

Secondary: healing weapon.

Pistol: 204 GS, not 256 , coolheaded reduce CD of signature skills, other talent anything you want.
