Why range over healing speed?
Range gives you more flexibility on where to hide your support station, and the 100% healing on the 6 piece is already strong, adding more healing gives you diminishing returns.
Why not 204 GS primary/secondary weapons?
This is not tactician, you do not need the fewer stat requirements for damage weapon talents, such as Destructive or Ferocious. Better talents for your build already comes at 2.9K minimum in 256 GS, so sacrificing damage from lower GS weapons are useless.
