Very high CHC build to get those yellow numbers going, ~45%. You will melt everything that dares challenging you.
25% Skill Haste to get that Overdose and Shield back faster. Choose that shield because it's the biggest and baddest one.
You can change EDR for Skill Haste on the chest piece if you feel to, so you will have ~35% Skill haste. I like it with a little bit more survivability, alone you never know, grouped may be a different story. Same story with the Burn Res. on the Backpack, you can swap it for Bleed Res. since there are so many Predators around.
This build works well both in team and alone. I suggest swapping the Overdose for a Support Station when you're playing in a team. Just wait and pop once the life of your teammates goes down. You'll be the tankiest and the slowest of the group, so you will die last. #fact
The House because it's broken, talents can be either Deadly/Hurried or Deadly/Vicious since you'll want to have your shield always up and so your HP, MP5 can be ST or Navy, not Burst-Fire. Swap to the MP5 if you need to get HP back and CD reduction thanks to Determined, bringing the CDR to ~32%/42%. 42% it's overkill in my opinion but that's your choice. Headshot damage on the mods because you WILL be hitting those headshots. If you prefer stability, go for it, if you prefer to trade some CHC for CHD, use a Loud Vent Brake instead, but having Deadly I feel like more crits are more damage. In the Extended Magazine you can also swap CHD for ROF. Predatory on the pistol for securing easy kills and that nice regen.
This build is extremely PVP oriented, so there are no DTE or EAD.
Note: Any piece of the equipment can have FA, just one though. 4 pieces on STA, 1 on FA, holster is the Jolly so it doesn't count.
