Build Guide

This is my optimal go-to PvE build. I use it mostly to breeze through Legendary missions and most of PvE content.

Build based on 6 piece Classified Striker set with 6000 Stamina and the rest distributed between Firearms and Electronics. Main advantage of the build (aside from Damage and Healing stacks) is special gear-set bonuses assigned to 6 piece: 30% Stability and 15% Enemy Armour Damage - perfectly tailored for PVE players.

My main weapon of choice is Lightweight M4 with Destructive, Ferocious and Determined talents on it. Assault rifles are best weapons against NPCs due to Enemy Armour Damage assigned to this group of weapons (Extra 24% when fully optimised). Secondary weapon doesn't really matter but I went for Showstopper (Destructive and Ferocious) to build stacks even faster (it is easier against NPCs than players).

Stats rolled on Gear: 

Chest - Health / EAD / Ammo Capacity, Backpack- Skill Power / Ammo Capacity, Mask - EAD / DTE, Gloves - Assault Rifle Damage / CHC / CHD, Kneepads - Health / DTE / Burn Resistance / Disrupt Resistance, Holster - Skill Haste

Skills: Over-heal / Recovery Link / Sticky Bomb (Flash-bang) - I use flash-bang to slow down NPCs - especially those ruthless Rushers but you can swap it for anything else that suits your play style (with that amount of Skill Power any skill will be decent enough)

Talents: Critical Save, Combat Medic, Strike Back and Precicion
