To give you the TL;DR: Basically a team healing build utilizing the Midas to reduce damage of targets by 20% in this close quarter SMG meta. Your own damage will also be reduced, but a.) not by the same amount, because you dont deal damage anyways, and b.) its not your job to deal damage anyways.

Runs a Caduceus, simply because I love that gun, it helps with heals (albeit only a neglible amount) so you can switch to deal a little more damage if you think it will help. The whole build is based around enabling your team. Could also be used with 6 pc Reclaimer, I'd roll everything electronics then and push stamina with mods a little, so you can stay above 9k electronics.
