Build Guide

Purpose of Build: Snapshot massive burst damage in PVP before players can react.

Concept: Damage is built around CHC\CHD and the base damage buff from responsive, competent, damage pulse and booster shot all active at the same time.  At the beginning of any PVP fight if you pop damage pulse (with chd mods) you will be at 60% CHC and over 150% CHD plus 5% additional damage from the pulse, plus 7.5% damage from booster shot, 10% damage from competent, 10% damage from responsive.  Add Tactical Link for good measure and you will shred anything you can hit for the first 15 seconds of a fight which should be enough if your aim is on point to drop multiple agents.  Determined and Skilled on the 2nd gun to farm your alt back in-between fights should only take 4-5 headshot kills on NPCs to get it back.

Strengths: Massive burst damage capable of dropping any build if you land your shots in the 15 second window

Weakness: Very low toughness, not recommended for solo play.  Will need a good healer to keep you alive in-between bursts
