Build Guide

I have been steadily modifying and improving this 5 piece Classy Tac build and have finally settled on using the Relentless Backpack.  I have custom crafted the twin LVOA-Cs from 204 gear score blueprints to incorporate both Destructive and Ferocious that stacks onto the seeker mines and BFB.  The 38% Damage to Elites and 53% Enemy Armor Damage pair nicely with the seeker mines and BFB although I will also use the Active Sensor Turret for crowd control.  Without using any haste gear mods, this configuration has 45% skill haste at rest and once up on full stacks with/without Talented proc'd, can easily reach into the mid 500,000 skill power range with the soft cap being somewhere around the 450k range.

An alternate configuration could be using the Inventive Backpack in conjunction with an assault rifle with the Predatory Weapon Talent to keep it up on full health.
