I use this build primarily for solo PvE in West Side Piers. It is powerful enough to quickly run through Elite enemies at close to midrange with the primary weapon system (The Free Republic Weapon Set) but balanced enough to not be too squishy when one gets jumped by multiple heavies in World Tier 5. WSP has no care in the world about spawning Elites directly on top of the player, and if things get too heavy, the Survivor Link and Path of the Nomad will provide plenty of health to get to a more defensible position. If the player clears out the weaker enemies while moving, and uses a health kit, they gain 35% damage resistance which will aid in avoiding the use of the precious Nomad perk or Survivor Link Skill.
After melting a good portion of health from an Elite with the Liberator, the player will rack up a 200% bonus with the Centurion very quickly. Switch to the sidearm and a swift headshot on an enemy with less than 30% health will easily do 200-300k damage to put down most Elites. Kills with the Centurion will raise the rate of fire on the Liberator to well over 1000 RPM. Stay mobile and don't kill too many enemies with the Liberator before switching back to the Centurion in order to reap the full benefits of the buffed DPS, Predatory healing, and the Evasive Action/Critical Save damage resistance.
The MDR with a good rate of fire magazine mod will fire just about as fast as one can pull the trigger. Dealing six-figure damage with every round is multiplied several times when nailing headshots on Heavies. Riker heavies can be smoothly taken down with a single 20-round magazine (even accounting for missed shots) while Cleaner heavies can be 5 shotted with ease (two shots on each fuel tank and one headshot). Switching between all three weapons constantly sounds tedious, but by racking up a 200% damage bonus to the centurion by taking out the trash with the M4, landing quarter-million damage headshots with the Centurion, and then melting a heavy with the MDR seems almost overpowered. I would consider it OP if this build wasn't completely useless in PvP which is why I advise against this build in the Dark Zone.
