** This build is to be primarily used with a BALLISTIC SHIELD along with a "God Tier" SMG preferably.  Something like "The House" or "PP-19" are good choices both for overall damage plus you can have a 119 Round PP-19 if you just add an Extended Mag to it.  If your around 7K Firearms and over 5K Stamina then this build should work very well for any PvE mission.  Good choices for second Skill would be either the "Immunizer" Support Station or "First Aid" Booster Shot, both compliment the build very well and make staying alive that much easier.
