Trying to facilitate skill power & haste at the low cost of speccing into ele. Retaining higher firearms & stamina. 6pc to inflate the skills you use as you will be running lower skills than another tac build. Station at 30 stacks booster at 60. Idea of playstyle is NOT facetank but to keep moving and eventually out do other builds as their sustain goes down.
