5 pc. Tactician's Authority w/Inventive Backpack PVE

WEAPONS ==>

My primary / secondary weapons in this build are both rolled from a lvl 182 Liberator pattern. You could substitute a LWM4 or any other assault rifle that you prefer (wanting the AR bonus EAD) but we want the lower end GS weapons so that the talents have lower requirements and can therefore be unlocked with our high electronics and lack of firearms/stamina.

Note: You can optimize these as well, they will not jump brackets and increase the talent cost, but the weapon damage gain for optimizing is irrelevant for the build.

I run the primary weapon with Destructive / Ferocious / Determined unless I need a heal. I'll swap weapons until the next death procs Predatory on the secondary then swap back to primary immediately. I do not use the pistol at all.

MODS ==>

Mods we are just running 5 x Electronics with Skillpower

I prefer the 20% bonus damage to seeker mines with the performance mods over BFB blast radius or damage. With determined and high cooldown reduction this build DOES work as a 6 pc tactician as well but you will be landing hits with marshmallows to gain your stacks. I prefer to just cover and let the skills do the heavy lifting. 

TALENTS ==>

We are carrying the "normal" talents of: Shrapnel, Demolition Expert, Chain Reaction. I keep Precision as popping a single headshot will get you a nice bonus to CHC/CHD before launching the BFB.

Tip: don't forget you can hotkey the double tap launch of the BFB to a single key press in the Division keybind settings. With this you can just get your crosshairs on your BFB target (from behind cover, then press to stand up / launch all in one go)
