This build is mostly for solo play and allows you to clear most content on your own, including high DZ levels (incursions and legionaries, maybe not). I noticed a build on here earlier that was quite similar - a Ninja/Striker build - but I thought I'd share my own anyways as I build it a touch different. This is a nice build for those of us who are still missing that elusive 6 pc of classified gear. The idea here is to maximize enemy armor damage (EAD) and damage to elites (DTE), while maintaining health.
Gear: I spec everything possible into EAD and DTE. With the 4% DTE mods and the Striker bonuses, you end up at 48% DTE and 71% EAD. Enemies melt before you (talking ~100K or greater - Striker's bonus - headshots on elites with a ROF of ~900...) Additionally, with the Nomad and Tac 2 piece bonuses, you get 15% Health on Kill (HOK) and 31% Skill Haste (gloves and holster rolled skill haste.) I put nothing into electronics, but I think that's okay because the skills I use don't really need any. Toughness is just over 500K and the LWM4 hits for 20.2K before any Striker ticks you might get (FYI I have stability on the Ninja bag to help land more consistent Striker hits as the 4 pc bonus diminishes pretty quickly on missing, but you could roll health here if you have better aim than I do!)
Weapons: The main weapon is the LWM4. Destructive is an obvious choice, and originally I was using Ferocious, but swapped for Predatory because I don't roll HOK on my gear. IMO you could do it either way. I prefer to have the skill haste, though you might argue that it's not as important when running Determined solo. I'll point out that with Predatory and the Support Station active you do not lose any health during the contamination round in resistance (not sure about DZ...) Determined brings your skills up real quick, but also recharges your Super. Since you're getting all the kills solo, Determined is a must have.
The second weapon I use is the Big Alejandro. This I use almost exclusively as a boss killer. With the 50% dmg bonus active from the weapon, plus EAD, plus DTE, plus Striker bonus, this thing destroys. I got lucky finding the Big Al, so if you don't have it, a Showstopper or SASGs work really well to build stacks too (I'd roll Responsive/Destructive/Ferocious where possible. Sustained and Predatory synergize as well).
Sidearm I use the Damascus because of the nice little damage boost and I think it looks cool. You could use whatever here. A sawed off with Predatory or a pistol with Coolheaded would be nice.
Skills: I use the Support Station and the Flame Turret at the moment. The Support Station is a must. Pop the box to get the burst heal which I think gives 33% health back. With this build that gives ~110K health back on heal and the box has a 25 second cooldown. Compare that to Overdose which gives ~81K health (with 24% First Aid Self Heal mods) and a cooldown of 38.90 seconds. You see why I'm not putting anything into skill power... The flame turret is for CC and I run the health mods to make it last a bit longer, the lifetime is already about 45 seconds and you begin your cooldown the moment the turret is deployed, not destroyed. You could run the Flashbang Sticky here too, that actually keeps enemies stationary unlike when they're burning, but I only use that for missions. Any other content I like the distraction the turret provides.
Talents: Crit Save, Strike Back, On the Move, and One is None. Stay alive, get your skills back, extend DPS.
