This is my PvPvE build I use in the Dark Zone. It's good for both solo and group play.
Note: When in a group. This part of Nomad's 6 piece talent will not work "50% chance to have no cooldown for Path of the Nomad" .Though the "Take 60% less damage for 10 seconds after Path of the Nomad is triggered" part of it does.
When in a group I usually use High End gloves with Savage talent and the same attributes for an extra 7% CHC bonus to targets out of cover. People rarely use cover in the DZ so Savage is usually always useful.
Primary Weapon: The House. Outfitted with a C79 Scope, Loud Vent Brake, Small Grip, and an Extended Magazine to max out your CHD. Talents can be any mix of Deadly/Responsive/Unforgiving. I tend to have Deadly on at all times with a mix of Responsive or Unforgiving as it's secondary talent depending on how I'm feeling.
Note: this is only really useful if you can land headshots on other players. If you can't do that, you can also use talents and mods for CHC/CHD.)
LVOA-C (or Lightweight M4. They're pretty much the same aside from recoil patterns). Outfitted with a VX-1 Scope (12x), Omega Rifle Supressor, PEQ-15 Laser, and an Extended Magazine to max out your HSD. Talents are Deadly, Responsive, and Unforgiving.
Sidearm: Sawed-off Double Barrel Shotgun: Responsive, Predatory, and Determined. I use the shotgun to finish downed players which procs Predatory for health regen and Determined for skill cooldowns.
Skills: Booster Shot. Useful for that health boost if your medkit is on cooldown or vice versa. Tactical Link for a quick damage burst. Shock Turret to hold your targets still. You can also swap the shock turret for pulse, I tend to do that when farming the DZ.
Talents: Adrenaline and Critical Save both help with your medkits. Fear Tactics, this talent is useful when using the shock turret or shock grenade on players in close proximity to eachother. Precision, pulses targets upon a headshot. If you're using pulse already, you can use On The Move instead.
