Build Guide

This is your pretty standard Tactician PVE build. I run 204 LVOA-C's to unlock the talents. Sticky bomb should hit for 1.3 million easily -- up to 3.5 million on Elites if you're activating Demolition Expert and/or Chain Reaction. Damage to Elites should be at 58% and Enemy Armor Damage at 55%. If you feel too squishy or are taking on higher-level content, I would suggest switching the Inventive backpack to a Relentless one. Pulse turret can be subbed in for Sticky Bomb as needed.
