This is my setup for 9k classified reclaimer (almost exact same as my 9k tact, apart from a few changes) Could be running a bit more skill power/haste, but ive went for a bit more survivability with this one. (I have EDR on my chest, Could run Skill Haste instead for little less skill cool down)
I have solo'd legendaries/most content with this build, seeker hits high DMG (Boosted by Chain Reaction perk, 20% more DMG if you damage multiple hostiles) and bleeds (Shrapnel spreads the bleed within 10m radius). I switch between healing speed and seeker DMG mods.
Skill Power : 312379 - 359235 (With gun talent Talented active)
Support Station Healing Rate : 27,207 HP/s - Cooldown 20 - 22 s -- Max Healing Rate : 32,627 HP/s (With gun talent Talented active)
Seeker Mine DMG : 60,000 HP - 100k Hp -- Cooldown 21 - 24 s
Predatory perk on the main gun is a big help, it kicks in from skill kills aswell, so you have extra constant healing. Talented perk on the guns gives a 15% skill power boost for 20 seconds.
Being at 9k electronics gives you the improved reclaimer buff (100% to have no cooldown when your support station is destroyed by an enemy)
Health is 275k.
Mostly use this in PvE, Not tested much in PvP, But the healing rate is very quick! Works with a good DPS squad.
