The LVOA and the Lightweight M4 are the same gun except the recoil pattern is a little different... It comes down to which one you prefer personally.

The raw multiplicative damage from the Banshee bonuses will provide all the damage you'll need, even at 6100 Firearms.

If you get killed by a ROGUE you will do substantially more damage as loong as the Banshee proc lasts.

Any 3 Banshee pieces and the other 2 Pred will accomplish this build.... It's not specific to the chosen pieces shown above... The only constant is the NINJA BIKE BACKPACK!!!!!!
