This is strictly a supportive reclaimer. I chose to run a pulse instead of a defibrillator because I assume you aren't running with a crappy group and the pulse gives your team a huge advantage with crit chance & crit damage. With this build being rolled solely for electronics, there wasn't very many options for weapon talents, so you'll need to try and take advantage of them when you can. Just remember you're there to support your team.
