Anyone looking at this build, you've unfortunately don't have the elusive 6 piece strikers battlegear so you're looking for an alternative, look no further, this build is incredibly versatile in both Solo and Group play scenarios.Weapons: Bullfrog: i chose the bullfrog on this build because of the native talent that increases your damage by 15% its much better than using competent on your M4 or something similar, destructive and ferocious go hand in hand with each other perfectly for challenging missions and heroic incursions, for legendaries you may want to swap this out however for a different weapon as not all NPC's will be elite status, so brutal or deadly work work instead of ferocious just fine in this case
Lightweight M4: this gun is pretty standard in the meta these days, i chose this weapon with its talents for the sole reason to keep you alive, predatory HoK sustained will give you a HUGE amount of solo sustain and a decent sustain level in group play if your healers skills are on cooldown, having determined in that third slot will help you recharge your skills and ultimate if it ever is to go down, if you need a skill recharge get the NPC's low with your bullfrog then switch over to the M4 for the final blows.Gear rolls:You're probably curious as to why i chose HoK on this build instead of say Skill haste or crit damage, since the 2 piece nomad gives you 15% HoK already, adding to that will be crucial in keeping you alive, having an extra 10% from your gear rolls if you have your M4 out and kill a target thats an extra 6% HoK giving you a total of 31% Health per kill (thats effectively one bar of HP per npc you kill)You're probably curious as to why i've chosen a refreshed mask instead of say, savage gloves or even a barrets chest piece, the increased healing that the refreshed mask gives you to your medkit if you were to hit the last health bar is incredibly strong and will definitely keep you alive in a pinch
Talents:On this build we've got critical save for the extra ADR when you pop a medkit in the last segment (this goes perfectly with the refreshed mask talent we discussed already) On the move works really well as you'll probably be constantly moving so having that ADR will definitely keep you from dying, precision was an interesting choice i made with this build, its a nice to have especially when your pulse is on cooldown, so you will know where your targets are and have that extra crit chance and damage on them, Steady hands is a 50/50 with this build, personally its a quality of life thing, the extra recoil control is really nice especially with the bullfrog however it is not a necessity, you can easily change this out for combat medic (which i highly recommend doing so if you're in a group setting)
Weapon Mods:i chose to roll for headshot damage because in PVE its a lot easier to hit headshotsGear mods: You'll notice that i'm using purple gear mods instead of High end mods For those who don't know, this is because these purple mods have DTE (damage to elites) rolled into them which in term gives me 20% Increased damage to elite Status NPC's I hope you find this build guide helpful, live long and loot hard agents-IGhostRecon13
