Place box before nade goes off, don't pop booster yet, start shooting after nade, wait for crit save to pop your medkit and pop your booster at the same as the medkit, you'll get full health, lots of extra toughness, then that extra damage from booster, pop your box with all of that if you want an overheal for vicious or just save the box for if you need to reload or you get low or whatever.
