This build is built specifically for PVE.

You just need to reach 6000 stamina to unlock the shield health bonus. Just juggle between the gear main stats and mods to reach the ideal main stats.

Generally you will have a 6/6/3 setup. Running with a blind sticky to make things easier, make them NPCs stand still.

A small tip with D3 builds is that you should roll Skill Power on Mask, Kneepad and Backpack to get the 120k Skill Power hard cap for shield health. By doing so, you don't need to put in SP mods or Electronics mods to reach the cap. Get Damage to Elites purple mods, it helps a lot with mowing down the NPCs.

I've been thinking about putting a bit more in Electronics to unlock Commanding, making an infinite Tac link D3 build. I'll look into that in the future when I have the time.
