Bear with me this is my first time making this, to be honest it's just a reference for me for my builds that I use and I'm curious how this works.
This is my wave 1-7 solo Pier 33 resistance build for just about on-slaughtering(Yes this build is during the Onslaught global event, I will update once it's over) everything and farming crazy points. Last night I was able to open a chest by the end of wave 5 in Pier 33. What I do is pop Tac during Hack phase and boss phase. If by chance tac runs out because I'm not mowing down enough mobs I switch to G5 and bring CD down. The G5 also helps with spamming health/and ammo crate for survivability.
There are a couple of aspects to this build, it's not just a run and gun build.
BigAl Meticious/Commanding
I take advantage of LoneStar where once I get a proc, I shoot my BigAl straight at a wall to get my buff to come up. Once the buff is up, I try to focus down yellows and purples for the beginning 50% of the clip then try to hunt for reds for that 25% chance of reload proc of Meticulous talent (this doesn't matter when Tac link is up though because everything dies so fast, basically just kill stuff but avoid wasting bullets. At this point Meticious keeps my mag full of indefinite Lonestar buff and Commanding keeps Tac-link up for as long as I'm killing stuff, it's great.
G5 Utility Tac refresh:
Note Determined is on the free slot because I wanted more electronics in to stamina for predatory offhand and more survivability. Once I start running to the laptop wave 4, I get my G5 out within the last 30-50 sec depending on how far it is from spawn. Oh yeah I keep the door closed until last minute of wave 4 so all adds spawn in a nice compact close space for swift and efficient farming. Anyway by the time the laptop hack happens my Tac is back up for boss wave 5.Wave 5 is a bit tricky with this as it all depends on what boss spawns, I try to keep the boss alive until the last moment and I enjoy hunting mobs. Here's what I've noticed works well and what sucks.
Engineer boss:If it's engineer dude, oh shit man it sux to run around and kite as you will get stun zapped and gang banged with golf clubs. For this boss you want to unlock the wire fence gate to the right of the main doors you opened wave 4 and run up the ladder in to a narrow U shaped hallway to the right. If you go to the end the adds will just run to you as you mow them down.
Shield boss:Just run around the map, kite and kill this is where I got the chest open by end of wave 5.
Pyro boss:Just like the shield boss I like to kite him, just don't get caught by shot gunners always be mindful of position and kill mobs as quickly as possible while kiting boss.
Gunner boss:Keep in mind once he sets up he sprays sniper shots and they hurt like a mofo, you want to line of sight him as much as possible. The good thing is that he walks slow like Pyro, sometimes they put their weapon away and sprint but it's pretty obvious so be mindful of that.
I will post a wave 8 - 12 build which is how far I was able to get, i'm still experimenting with suitability and positioning.
