The DPS in game on Primary (The House) shows around 324k DPS, and around 1.85M-1.9M Shield HP.

This build is meant to be the 9K D3, so it's meaty, but everything else is oriented toward brining the DPS up so it can do decent damage (not trying to be a "DPS", just not be one of those D3 people who stand around absorbing bullets and doing horrid DPS). Check out the linked example Video (sorry my aim is horrible; so most of you will kill faster than I show there).

It's good when your team-mates stay within a reasonable distance of you; as most people forget the D3 set has this, but it's buffing squad-members as you absorb damage.

The secondary weapon is setup so you can just swap to it to recover any skill or your signature skill when needed.

I like the faster reload speed personally, but a decent switch up would be to put the 4% ChC on the Holster, and change the 4% ChC I have on the Mask to 8% EAD. Same for Gloves. Depends if you have an overage of ChC on your setup.
