This is intended to be a "frame" for a jack of all trades build, with a couple of decent skills mainly used to support weapon damage. With little tweaks, it can be switched to a more skill-focused damage (when you need those "skill kills" for assignments). You'll obviously never beat the firing dps of a Striker, the survivability of a Nomad or the skill damage of a Tactician: I use this on my 4th carachter (which is basically an equip box/mule) to make him more than capable to fullfill some missions and killing for dailies and weeklies, while asking very little inventory slots.
It's a Solo PvE build, so don't bring it to parties unless it's very easy content, like Lexington or not very build-specific Incursions: the simple fact of not having a Signature skil and not be "ressurrectable" by your buddys' ones is very annoying, and we're not even talking about the need to be the one getting the kills. Just don't do it.
Start with the secondary weapon out, jump as close as you can to the first mob and kill him. Once you have procced Predatory, Talented and one mini-ulti (preferably Tactical Link), swap weapon, throw a Pulse or First Aid if needed, and start killing. Try to keep always active Competent and Adept by timing your two skills, but don't overthink it: they both have quite short CD. Once every 20 seconds, swap weapon and get a kill with the Predatory/Talented M4, then immediatley swap back. I often don't even reload that weapon, 'cause I need very few bullet in the head at close distance to get the kill. Try to time you skill casting when you have the primary weapon out, since Adept/Competent buff will be lost otherwise, as when you swap that weapon out.
Remember you are solo and don't have the "second life" of Recovery Link, so play with a gain of salt, going all out only when Survival Link has just procced and/or you have a decent amount of Health and/or healing skill/procs ready. But be generally aggressive, because you need to keep killing and chain those mini-signature skills.
It's an overall working build, but don't ask miracles to Alphabridge, 'cause it's not really capable of them. Enjoy!
