Tactician Hybrid DPS or Healer PvP

50%cooldown reduction and with 460k Skill Power at 60% Stack

It's not really in the Tier one 1.8 meta but still viable for fun.

This build can be played as a second healer with Defibrillator and Immunizer box or as Scanner DPS with Scrambler and Defibrillator/Overdose.

It follow multiples rules:

  1. Max Cooldown reduction, so 50%
  2. Be around the 450k Skill Power Hard Cap with the minimum electronic
  3. Offer the better Toughness possible

Explenations:

- Showstopper is here to build easy stack

-The House is for the 20% more Dmg boost

-Competent beacause it is a 50build and it's good with

Variations:

- You can remplace the House by another M4 type

- Change the diffrent GearMod if beetwin Firearm and Stamina as your wish to deal more or tank more.
