The calculator seems a bit off (not reflecting Tac 5P Bonus); but I actually have around 340k Toughness and 285k SP-base, as well as 45% Skill Haste with this setup.
With the above setup, your cooldown on your Flashbang should be around 13s (11s with Tac 30-stack). You Turret should be around 9k (11.5k with Tac 30-stack). 58% DTE, and 38% EAD.
The idea is to place your turret at a good location (preferably elevated), away from you (so you have two angles of suppression/fire covered), flash bang a group or enemy, then cut them down (since you just used flash bang, Competent will increase your damage even more). There is an added synergy here with the extra 22% damage to enemies Out of Cover on your LMG. Use your big Al if your in cover, and your M60/M249 if not (I prefer my M60/249 since it's 220 Magazine - so I can basically spray without reloading for a long time). You can imagine how all these buffs makes things go down under your focus.
The Relentless backpack will keep you healed as you continue to fire most times, and when you take fire from moving around.
For Legendary missions where there is a mix of normal, veterans, and elite enemies, consider switching the DTE mods for Electroninc Skillpower so the damage is more consistent across all types.
I love using this build in Amherst Apt as a change from the normal Seeker/Turret 430k Tac; as it gives me more focus on shooting/suppressing enemies.
