Build Guide

This is the first build that I have fully optimized and enjoy playing in all PVE content and even in the DZ.  Looking on the list of D3 buillds, this is very similar to several out there.  With this build, everything comes together quite nicely, and you can literally carry your team through the toughest content available.  Skillpower only needs to be at 121.6k to max out the shield’s health, and this build just crosses that threshold.  This build uses 4 damage resilience mods, which really is not needed for 95% of PVE content, but is very helpful in legendary missions.  Outside of legendaries using 4 shield damage mods will greatly increase your damage.

Skills are Ballistic Shield (naturally, mod does not matter as it is turned off with D3 set) and Life Support Station (in teams, so you can revive your squishiest teammates), Immunizer Station (for solo activities), and/or Ammo Cache Station (for Resistance).  Talents are Combat Medic (to heal the shield), One is None (to increase damage per magazine), Precision (for increased Crit Chance/damage), and On the Move (more damage resistance).

Weapons are a Destructive/Deadly House, which is armed almost 100% of the time.  I carry a Predatory/Unforgiving Warlord secondary, but that’s only because its a beautiful weapon and looks great on my back while my House does all of the work (I do have a backup Predatory/Hurried House that I am currently optimizing that I sometimes use as well).  Pistol is whatever I have that I can unlock the talents.
