With the changes that came with patch 1.8.3, healers are now pretty much a necessity in group PvP. I've built my reclaimer around healing box range and buffing my teammates' health through overdose. Depending on the situation I'll swap out overdose for pulse and let my team benefit from the massive damage buff.

I roll with 9k electronics and one gear piece rolled stamina. Hitting 9k electronics will allow you to drop another healing box immediately after it being destroyed by an enemy, and one roll of stamina will help you with a little extra survivability if and when you get focused.
