Vendor Reset from 04/28/18: Special Equipment Vendor Provides almost God Roll Liberator: Capable/Predatory/Responsive (3rd Talent) - Switch Capable for Ferocious or Deadly and you get a really nice PvE Weapon. Some Div-Tech needed to get it to the full 286, but it will do its service.
