Build Guide

Here is the overall strongest PVE Tactician's Authority build you can make. You need the 204 gear score blueprints to craft the guns needed, in order to be able to have destructive and ferocious active. This is imperative, as these weapon talents apply DIRECTLY to your skills, you will be giving up a ton of damage if you don't have these guns. The absolute best gun to use here is the LVOA-C, but another assault rifle can be used if necessary, as long as it is the proper gear score, and has the right talents. The survivability is actually very good with this build, despite you having low stamina. You have 10% health on kill, as well as predatory on one of your guns, so you will be regenerating health rapidly. I basically have my gun with determined out 95% of the time, only swapping to the predatory gun if I am low on health (which isn't often, you get kills very quickly with seeker mines, and the health on kill keeps your health topped off if you play smart.) If you happen to get your recovery link popped, you can usually get it back in about a minute tops, as you have determined on your main gun, and skill kills proc determined. You can take off health on kill, and substitute enemy armor damage for slightly stronger skills, but I wouldn't recommend it. You gain very little in damage, and give up half of your health on kill, it's not worth the trade off.
