Build Guide

Description: This D3-FNC build works well for group play as a tank build that buffs allies when the shield takes damage. It is best with 9k stamina for maximum shield HP and can be used with either ballistic shield damage or damage resilience mods. Keep in mind that when facing off against, multiple strikers, it is very easy for them to stack up on the shield for free damage and healing. 

Weapons: D3-FNC allows you to use SMGs with your ballistic shield, with the best SMG for damage being the House exotic SMG. I recommend deadly and unforgiving on both SMGs to maximize your damage. Use whatever you like in the pistol slot, but I recommend a double barrel sawed off with predatory, sustained, and determined for the healing and signature skill recharge.  

Skills: I use the disruptor sticky for CC, and booster shot for the damage and ADR, which also applied to your shield. 

Character Talents: On the move and critical save is great for the extra tankiness, precision adds bonus crit, one is none helps improve your damage per mag, and combat medic allows you to heal your allies and shield.
