    -Relentless for solo heals from skill dmg

    -Specialized for increased overall skill power

    -Inventive for huge skill power if you can stay at full hp

Primary weapon mods used to build stacks easy and quickly. Happens to be a vendor Liberator, otherwise roll LWM4 or re-calibrate for your play-style.

Secondary weapon talents for long lasting signature ability, clean up kills mobs using skills and there's a high chance for signature ability to be ready by the time the debuff expires.
