This is a group PVP build. You will get overwhelmed trying to use this solo against a 2-4 man group.
Tanky, but strong consistent damage. Although this build can handle quite a bit of damage, as soon as your shield health gets half way, start evasive maneuvering. It's fun to use, and you get to be the hero of your group by getting most fo the aggro from other players. The goal is to stay in their face while your team is providing DPS support. The disrupter can be interchanged with an Immune station if you're constantly running into people using all manners of turrets.
Takes a bit to get used to, but once you have the movement down you'll have an absolute blast.

PS, the page says 4900 firearms. That is wrong. You'll have around 4100 firearms, 9050 or so Stamina, and 2900 or so Electronics. For your gun talents you won't be able to unlock Responsive so it is crucial to have that in the Free Slot.

Edit: Since I posted this build, I made a few tweaks, namely to add more crit chance and different weapons. My skillpower on this build was a bit too high, so I found some Stamina mods with skillpower and ended up using those in order to add 4% more crit chance to my mask. Skillpower now sits around 121K. The guns, specifically relating to the PP-19 is a big one that I have found can change the tide of battle. The 117 round magazine and a bit slower ROF will help you consistently land all shots and keep plugging them with bullets while they are trying to reload. The House has changed to a Deadly, Hurried version. Reload is so damn important in this build because while in your shield it's so slow. The PP-19 is equipped with Deadly, Hurried, and Responsive in the free slot. That hurried talent makes sure that you reload your 117 round clip before your opponent is even through their medkit animation. You will tank and cause disruption with this build. With the crit chance around almost 50% people will discount your damage until they try to face trade. You will keep people constantly moving allowing your team to move and not take so much focus fire.
