Description: This Final Measure build works well for both group play, giving you both strong skills, and damage, as well as buffing your teammates for defusing grenades. This main stat distribution has good damage, toughness, and skills. Alternatively, this build can be run with high electronics as a healer build, but reclaimer outclasses it as a healer build.
Weapons: You can use whatever weapon type you are most comfortable with, but I recommend using favorite assault rifles as they are very versatile due to their good range and accuracy, as well as coming with native EAD. The primary assault rifle comes with damage talents, while the secondary weapon has utility talents like predatory and determined to give more passive healing and recharge your signature skill quickly. Use whatever you like in the pistol slot, but I recommend an X-45 with coolheaded and toxic for the signature skill recharge and CC.
Skills: I use the tactical scanner pulse to give a big damage boost to the whole team. For the other skill, I use the first aid defibrillator to revive teammates and heal over time. The signature skill is user preference, but I like survivor link to add extra survivability.
Character Talents: Triage and baddy buddy pair very well with the defibrilator heal, and combat medic is nice for bonus healing. The last talent is user preference, with good options being strike back, on the move, steady hands, and critical save.
