Build Guide

Budget build for predators mark, lots of good damage for non-classified users and players starting out.

The build is straight forward, high reliance on crit damage and Predators 4p to burst poor folk down in the DZ. nice as a starting out build, or a build to make use of those stray Classified Predators mark pieces you may have.

GEAR:

  • Predators Mark gives you SMG damage at 3p and at 4p causes bleed to target when hit with 10 consecutive shots. damage is proportionate to 50% of the total damage delt with those 10 bullets over the length of the bleed.
  • Refreshed mask gives you 30% more healing from all sources when in last bar of health
  • Savage Gloves gives you 7.5% more crit chance with all weapons while target is out of cover.

WEAPONS:

Use an SMG of your choosing (I favor the Vector) and spec talents into pure, raw damage. If you manage to land yourself a House SMG, use that. Secondary I would recommend being an assault rifle of your choosing for ranged fights, or a sniper rifle of your choosing with prepared & brutal rolled for 2 of the talents.

SKILLS:

Pulse with concealment will help you get the drop on players when you decide to pop rouge status. Booster shot will give you a small damage buff and some resilience which is nice. A good signature to run is Recovery link because it will allow you to cheat death once, a good alternative is Tactical link because of damage and rpm buff. very handy when you want to clutch a 1vX.

Basic Strategy:

Use Concealment to keep yourself hidden, and also to pop rogue status without being noticed. pop your booster shot before taking initiative so you have damage reduction and damage buff up. use side arm to pop predatory, and determined on kills. 

Tips for success:

  • Use consumables. canned food (increases healing received), Incindeary bullets (chance to light target on fire), Energy Bars (Removes negative status effects, good substitute for medkits),  and Soda (cooldowns reduced by 30%) are really good in fights.
  • Grenades can get you out of tough situations, but be mindful of Final Measure users.
  • If a fight looks bad, run and try to get yourself in a more advantageous position or farm NPCs to refresh cool downs. Subways, buildings, narrow corridors are great because you funnel your enemy really well.
  • Predators mark slows your enemy, and deals alot of damage while you are laying into them. even at 4 piece, it is a force to be reckoned with.
  • pick and time your fight's carefully (wait till they start fighting NPC's or start extracting their stuff). Remember, you are squishy, not a god.
